External Stakeholder Meeting

To increase the effectiveness of the Teaching Practice process, an evaluation meeting was held on October 10, 2025, with the participation of faculty administration, representatives from the Ministry of National Education, faculty members, and practicing teachers. The meeting aimed to evaluate the teaching practice processes, identify problems encountered, and identify solutions. General information about the teaching practice process was provided at the meeting, and topics covered included collaboration processes, student evaluation processes, criteria, and school-faculty coordination. Participants stated that the process should be more systematic, that common forms should be used, that evaluation criteria should be clarified, and that regular feedback meetings should be held with practicing teachers. As a result of the meetings, recommendations were developed to analyze the shortcomings in the current process, develop a common evaluation guide, and obtain systematic feedback from students at the end of the semester. At the end of the meeting, it was decided to conduct the practice process more systematically, increase transparency in evaluation, and review monitoring activities at the next meeting.
