Our Institute started its postgraduate education and training activities within the framework of Law No. 2547, with the meeting date of the Executive Board of the Council of Higher Education dated 09.11.1999. Article 6 of Law No. 2809 was not found. Students were admitted for the first time in the 1999-2000 academic year.
