Restoration and Conservation Center
Restoration and Conservation Center (RCC) was established and started its activities with the publication of the establishment regulation in the Official Gazette dated November 3, 2002 and numbered 24925. Center continues its services within the framework of the new regulation that entered into force upon publication in the Official Gazette dated July 29, 2015 and numbered 29429.
In line with its establishment purpose, the center carries out scientific, professional and educational studies on the detection, documentation, protection, repair and use of immovable cultural assets in our country and region, projects are carried out to disseminate correct protection methods and tools, and the studies carried out are published. In this context, the center organizes scientific events at national and international levels, develops the university's cooperation with the public, private sector and international organizations, and contributes to the protection and preservation of cultural assets in our province and region.
