To organize, revise, and carry out the maintenance needs of the Common Database System in line with the University's institutional data requirements.

To organize, consolidate, and prepare for analysis internal or external data received by the Common Database System.

To identify and report deficiencies encountered during institutional data collection activities and to carry out activities aimed at improving the process.

To meet data requests from other units of the University in line with the Coordinator's objectives and fields of activity.

To conduct field studies and research within and outside the institution.
