Matematik Doktora Programı

Doktora programına, Matematik alanında bir yüksek lisans derecesine sahip 
öğrenciler başvurabilir. Programdaki araştırma konuları, cebir, yaklaşım teorisi, diferansiyel denklemler, 
fonksiyonel analiz, geometri, sayılar teorisi, operatör teori, spektral teori, saçılma teorisi ve toplanabilme 
teorisi biçiminde sıralanabilir. Programa başvurmak için, adayların geçerli Yabancı Dil Sınavı’ndan (YDS) minimum 55 
puan (veya YDS’ye denk olarak kabul edilen diğer sınavlardan, bu puana karşılık gelen puan) ve Akademik 
Personel ve Lisansüstü Eğitim Sınavı’ndan (ALES) minimum 55 almaları beklenmektedir. Doktora programına 
başvuran adaylar, lisans ve yüksek lisans başarısı, dil puanı, mülakat, bilim sınavı ve ALES puanları göz önüne 
alınarak programa kabul edilir. Programa kabul edilen öğrenciler, toplamda 21 kredi olan 7 dersi başarıyla 
geçtikten ve bir tane doktora semineri verdikten sonra doktora yeterlik sınavına başvurabilir ve bu sınavı 
geçtikten sonra doktora tez çalışmalarına başlayabilir.
Her öğrenci, bölümdeki öğretim elemanlarının 
danışmanlığı gözetiminde çalışır ve bölümde düzenlenen bölüm seminerlerine katılabilir.
