Class 4/C from Muhittin Develi Primary School Visited Our Museum

Students from class 4/C of Muhittin Develi Primary School were the guests of our Marine Life Museum. Accompanied by their class teacher, Gökçen Dinçer, and a parent, Halide Ekeroğlu, the students were welcomed to the museum by our DEBİM Director, Prof. Dr. Deniz Ayas, and the DEBİM museum team.

The students were shown the skull and vertebral column of a fin whale—currently undergoing restoration and assembly at our museum—and received an informative presentation about the species.

During the visit, the students learned about the marine life inhabiting the Eastern Mediterranean, the lives of these species in an aquatic environment, and the biodiversity of the Eastern Mediterranean region.

The visit, marked by the students' great interest and excitement, concluded with a Q&A session.
