Mersin University Medical Secretaries Students Participated in the "3rd Traditional November 29 Medical Secretaries Day" Event Held at Çağ University

Students in the Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program at Mersin University's School of Health Services had an enjoyable and informative day attending the "3rd Annual November 29th Medical Secretarial Day" event organized by Çağ University's School of Health Services on November 24, 2025.

The event, themed "Strategic Role in Healthcare: Medical Secretarial and Patient-Centered Service," was enriched with academic presentations and sectoral assessments that shed light on the future of the field. The program addressed important topics such as digital transformation in healthcare, patient-centered communication, the role of medical secretaries in administrative processes, and professional development opportunities. The current information and experiences shared by the speakers were eagerly awaited by the students.

The event also provided our students with the opportunity to experience a unique university environment, meet with industry experts, and engage in peer interaction. Sessions, Q&A sessions, and a welcoming academic atmosphere throughout the day provided students with the opportunity to enrich their careers.
