Strong Cooperation Between Mersin University and İŞKUR for Youth Employment

Prof. Dr. Gülay ALTUN UĞRAŞ, Director of the Mersin University Health Services Vocational School, Assoc. Dr. Cevat ERCİK, Director of the Social Sciences Vocational School, and Assoc. Dr. Sertaç GÖKTAŞ, Director of the Technical Sciences Vocational School, visited İŞKUR Provincial Director Yunus Emre AKALIN in his office.

During the visit, which took place in a sincere and productive atmosphere, the GÜÇ Project, the National Internship Program, and Job Club activities were discussed comprehensively. The planning of ongoing efforts to enable young people to participate in the labor market more strongly and with better skills, to facilitate their access to employment, and to support them in their career paths was evaluated. It was stated that by strengthening inter-institutional coordination, significant steps will continue to be taken to contribute to the future of young people.
