Practical Training Activity Held in the Accounting and Tax Practices Program

Our vocational school’s Accounting and Tax Practices Program organized an event titled “Financial Advisory Services within the Framework of Corporate/Business Operations and Establishment Procedures.” Featuring guest speaker Asuman Türkoğlu—a Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) and Independent Auditor—the event aimed to provide students with professional experience by supplementing the theoretical knowledge covered in their coursework with practical applications.

The event was attended by students from the Accounting and Tax Department, as well as students from the Department of Public Finance within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Discussions focused on the establishment processes of companies and businesses, along with the financial advisory services carried out during these stages.

At the conclusion of the event, Lecturer Dr. Emrah Yıldız, Head of the Accounting and Tax Department, presented Asuman Türkoğlu with a certificate of appreciation—prepared by the vocational school administration—in recognition of her contributions.
