Application and Registration Procedures for the Student Amnesty Law
STUDENT AMNESTY LAW APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES GUIDE
Candidates who have applied to benefit from student amnesty within the scope of the temporary article 85 of Law No. 2547 must follow the procedures listed below, respectively, until 09 DECEMBER 2026, after the application approval.
1. Follow-up of the Amnesty Application Process

2. Online Final Registration Procedures
Candidates whose amnesty applications are approved must complete the final registration process online via the application screen.
The following steps must be followed for final registration:
Log in to the amnesty application system.
Open the Results > Online Registration Procedures menu.
Check your program name, application status, registration date range and student number in the table that opens.
Make sure that your application status is displayed as “Actually Placed”.
Complete your final registration by clicking the "Register Online" button on the right side of the relevant line.
Important: The approval of your amnesty application does not mean that your online final registration process has been completed. You must complete your registration separately through the system.
