Important Announcement Regarding Course Registration Procedures Under the Student Amnesty

Students who have benefited from—or are currently in the process of applying for—the student amnesty under Provisional Article 85 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547 should take note of the following dates and procedures:

1. Deadline for Fall Semester Course Registration: October 30, 2026

Students who have not yet completed their final online registration for the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 academic year are required to pay their tuition fees—via the Ziraat Bank mobile banking application or an ATM—no later than October 30, 2026, and subsequently complete their course registration through the Student Information System (SIS).

2. Students Unable to Register for Courses by the Specified Date

Our students who cannot complete their fall semester course registration by October 30, 2026 will be able to start their education in the spring semester by completing the necessary payment and course registration procedures within the course registration and renewal dates specified in the 2026-2027 Academic Year Spring Semester academic calendar.

3. Deadline for Student Amnesty Applications: December 9, 2026

Candidates who wish to benefit from the student amnesty and have not yet applied must complete their applications online no later than December 9, 2026.

Important: Approval of an amnesty application does not mean that the final registration process is complete. Candidates whose applications have been approved must also complete their final online registration by following the relevant registration dates and the procedures specified in the system.

Students are strongly advised to regularly check announcements and the academic calendar to ensure they do not lose any rights.
