Excuses are not accepted for single-course examinations or additional examinations held at the end of the maximum allowable duration of study. Students who are unable to attend examinations because they have been assigned to represent our university or our country may take a make-up examination for the exams they missed.

Any examinations taken during the period for which a student is excused shall be considered invalid.

Students who are unable to attend a make-up examination are not granted the right to a second make-up examination.

Applications for a make-up examination must be submitted in writing to the relevant sub-unit within five business days following the end of the period for which the excuse applies. Applications submitted after this deadline shall be considered invalid.
