Alumni Reunion: Graduates of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Program Came Together

Our Vocational School's Department of Electrical and Energy Engineering, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Program Held an "Alumni Reunion" Event.

Graduates of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Program of the Electrical and Energy Engineering Department at Mersin University's Technical Sciences Vocational School came together on May 14, 2026. Our Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Program, one of the first programs established at our university, graduated its first students in 1996. Graduates from different years met with our current students at this event. Held in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Laboratory, the event took place in a friendly atmosphere where graduates evaluated developments in the sector and shared their knowledge and experience with students. During the event, graduates and students had the opportunity to chat about current technologies in the sector, innovations in air conditioning systems, and career opportunities.

The event stood out as a meaningful gathering aimed at strengthening the bonds between graduates, department faculty, and students. As the Department of Electrical and Energy Engineering, we continue to strengthen our ties with our graduates every day. We believe that events like this are of great importance, both in terms of increasing the motivation of our alumni and inspiring our students.
