An unusual and enjoyable event was held in the laboratory of the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Program of the Department of Electrical and Energy Engineering. The "Laboratory Chats: Tea, Pastries and Application" event, where Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology Program students and faculty members chatted together over tea, pastries, and desserts, made the academic environment more intimate and warm.
The event provided students with the opportunity to meet with their instructors in a relaxed setting outside of class. Participants engaged in pleasant conversations not only on academic topics but also on life, career plans, hobbies, and current technological developments.
During the event, students were served pastries, baklava, tulumba dessert, simit (Turkish bagel), cold drinks, and traditional Turkish tea and coffee.
The event, which saw a high turnout, was attended by the Director of the Technical Sciences Vocational School, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sertaç GÖKTAŞ, the Head of the Electrical and Energy Engineering Department, Lecturer Kader METİN, Department Faculty Members Lecturer Dr. Bülent Harun KILIÇ and Güngör KAYA, and students.
