Erasmus Days Excitement at Our University, October 12–17

As part of the Erasmus Days events, the Erasmus Experience Sharing Conference, organized by the MEÜ Erasmus Club, was held on October 13 at the Prof. Dr. Uğur Oral Cultural Center. At the conference, Lecturer Banu Akdoğan, Lecturer Dr. Serra Çelebioğlu, and Ahmet Abalı from the Mersin University Erasmus Office gave presentations introducing the Erasmus+ program.

The presentations provided students with information about the international education and mobility opportunities offered by the Erasmus program. Students who had previously participated in Erasmus mobility programs also shared their experiences abroad, the skills they gained, and their experiences throughout the process with the participants, serving as mentors to students interested in the program.

On the second day of the events, October 14, the “Erasmus Days” event was organized at the Prof. Dr. Uğur Oral Cultural Center in collaboration with the Mersin University Erasmus Society and the Erasmus Office. The event, which drew significant interest from students, aimed not only to feature various activities but also to promote the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program and raise awareness about international student mobility.

Mersin University continues its internationalization efforts through such events, which aim to help students gain international experience, learn about different cultures, and support their academic development.
