Our Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merve Saçlı Participated in the "Following the Path of Education: Family and Education" Conference

The "Following the Path of Education: Family and Education" conference, organized by the Mersin Maturation Institute, was held on Wednesday, March 11th, at the Suphi Öner Teachers' House.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merve Saçlı, a faculty member of our department, participated as a speaker and gave a presentation on family, values ​​education, and the role of the family in the education process. Referring to the decisive role of the family within the framework of the Turkish Century Education Model and its importance in the transmission of cultural heritage, Saçlı emphasized the model's contributions to preserving societal values.

The program, which was also attended by officials from the Provincial and District National Education Directorates, concluded by underlining the importance of studies conducted within the family-education-culture triangle.
