The Second of Our Student-Industry Meetup Events Has Taken Place

The second "Student-Industry Meetup" event, organized by our Faculty, was held with great enthusiasm, featuring the participation of ARKAS Line—a leading organization in the maritime and logistics sector.

Guest speakers Özden Yerman, Sales Manager at ARKAS Line, and Müge Yıldırım, Senior Human Resources Specialist at ARKAS Line, shared their extensive professional experience in the maritime and logistics fields, discussed current career opportunities, and outlined what the professional world expects from young talent.

Following the presentations, our students and other attendees interested in the sector had the opportunity to pose questions directly to our guests regarding professional life. The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, during which students gained insights into the latest industry developments and received valuable advice for their future career paths.

Continuing to build a strong bridge between the maritime and logistics world and academia, our Faculty will persist in organizing events that connect our students with industry leaders.

We extend our gratitude to the representatives from ARKAS Line for their participation and valuable contributions, and to all our students for their keen interest and active involvement.
