The second event of the "Training of Trainers I" program, organized in collaboration with the Mersin University Learning and Teaching Development Application and Research Center and the Faculty of Education, was held online on October 17, 2025, titled "Rubrik Development Processes: Theoretical Foundations and Application Examples."

The training was delivered by Dr. Semih Aşiret, a faculty member in the Department of Educational Sciences, Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Faculty of Education, Mersin University.

The event provided comprehensive information on assessment approaches in education, performance assessment tools, rubric types, rubric development stages, and analysis processes. Applications that can be used to create AI-powered rubrics were also introduced, and examples of rubric creation steps and prompt writing were presented.
