FIRST AID SERVICE PERSONNEL DUTIES

DUTIES OF THE SERVICE CHIEF:

a. Peacetime Duties of the Service Chief:

  • To ensure the participation of service personnel in the annual routine service training-exercise program in accordance with the decisions of the Civil Defense Commission,
  • To participate in the routine service chiefs meetings and ensure that service personnel are kept up to date,
  • To follow up on keeping service materials and equipment ready for use at all times.

b. Duties of the Service Chief in States of Emergency and Mobilization:

  • To conduct roll call of service personnel, ensure their readiness for duty, and assign tasks,
  • To distribute materials and equipment to service personnel,
  • To direct and manage the service in accordance with directives received by coordinating with the Control Center and Headquarters Service Chief,
  • To resolve malfunctions occurring in the service.

c. Duties of the Deputy Service Chief:

  • To carry out orders and tasks assigned by the Service Chief,
  • To assist the Service Chief in the duties specified above,
  • To perform the duties of the Service Chief in their absence.

d. Duties of the Team Leader:

  • To carry out tasks assigned by the Service Chief,
  • To manage Team Personnel.

e. Duties of the Deputy Team Leader:

  • To carry out tasks assigned by the Team Leader,
  • To perform the duties of the Team Leader in their absence.

f. Duties of the Squad Leader:

  • To carry out tasks assigned by the Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader,
  • To direct and manage their squad.

g. Duties of Squad Personnel

  • To carry out tasks assigned according to the division of labor,

  • To carry out tasks assigned by the Squad Leader.

DUTIES OF THE SERVICE

  • To provide first aid to the wounded and sick affected by the various effects of attacks, fires, sabotage, and natural disasters; to carry out tasks assigned according to the division of labor,
  • To identify the deceased and deliver them to their relatives,
  • To identify the belongings left by the deceased in cooperation with the Social Assistance Service.
