Procedures For Students Requesting A Second Copy Of Their Diploma, Diploma Supplement, And Transcript
Students who have completed their studies and graduated from our university and require a second copy of their diploma, diploma supplement, or transcript must apply to the Faculty Student Affairs Office with a petition and a receipt showing that the amount specified below, as approved by the University's Board of Directors' decision dated 12.01.2026 and numbered 2026/01-09, has been deposited into the University's Strategy Department's account number "TR 0800 0100 2181 4031 8666 5329".
Students applying for diplomas and diploma supplements must also submit a lost document notice. This notice must include: the place where the document was obtained, the graduation or completion year and semester, a statement that it is no longer valid due to loss, and other information regarding the document's qualifications.
Diploma: 2,000.00 TL
Diploma Supplement: 1,000.00 TL
Transcript: 500.00 TL
Note: In cases where documents are lost or stolen due to fire, flood, earthquake, etc., the announcement requirement is waived if applicants attach a copy of the notification document issued by the relevant authorities to their application.
