World Obesıty Day Event
The Social Responsibility and Projects Commission of our Faculty has organized an awareness event on 4th March 2025, “World Obesity Day”. The Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy Prof. Necmiye CANACANKATAN, Vice Deans of the Faculty Prof. Seyhan ŞAHAN FIRAT and Asist. Prof. Efsun ANTMEN, Faculty Secretary Volkan DARÇIN, Faculty members, and students attended the event. As part of the event, members of The Social Responsibility and Projects Commission and students of our Faculty distributed brochures informing visitors about how obesity is detected, risk factors, prevention and control methods, health problems caused by obesity and its treatment in Sayapark Shopping Centre. The event highlighted the disease and raised awareness on World Obesity Day.
