The project titled “We Are Together: Social Integration Instead of Social Isolation for Children with Special Needs and Their Parents,” under the TÜBİTAK 4008 – Inclusive Community Practices for Individuals with Special Needs program, will be implemented between November 17-21, 2025.

The project will be led by Head Teacher Sibel Furtana and will involve expert educators and consultants. Within the scope of the project, activities and workshops will be organized to support the more effective participation of children with special needs and their parents in social life.

Lecturer Gülcan BOYRAZ ESER, from the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Application and Research Center, will serve as an expert in the project.

This project aims to empower individuals with special needs and their families to participate more strongly in social life and to support social integration instead of social isolation.
