The Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Legal Affairs and Legislation Commission, at its meeting held on September 5, 2025, decided, "It has been concluded and concluded that any changes or corrections not previously evaluated by the jury cannot be made to theses approved by the jury."

In accordance with this decision, the new thesis copy, approved by the jury and corrected, must be sent by the Institute, along with the new jury approval page, as an official letter (in PDF format) via the EBYS system to our KEP address, "yok@hs01.kep.tr."

Graduate students requesting such changes must submit a petition to the Institute, stating the reason for the change.
