Otizmle Yaşamak Söyleşisi Gerçekleştirildi
The "Living with Autism" talk, organized by the Faculty of Nursing at Mersin University, was held on December 17, 2025, in Hall C of the Uğur Oral Culture Center at Mersin University.
Ms. Jülide GÜZEL, President of the Hope for Autism Association, participated as a speaker. During the talk, she provided information about the association's work and shared her personal experiences as the mother of an autistic individual. Ms. GÜZEL provided information on the autism diagnosis process, the situations encountered in daily life, the difficulties families face, and the support needed during this process.
Participants had the opportunity to increase their awareness of the subject through the talk, which was based on both scientific knowledge and real-life experiences. The event concluded after the participants' questions were answered.
