A Psychological Counseling Seminar Was Held For İmmigrant Students.
A seminar titled “Psychological Counseling Needs and Application Processes of Immigrant Students,” organized by the Faculty of Health Sciences at Mersin University, was held on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
The seminar, given by Assistant Director of the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Application and Research Center, Lecturer Dr. Sena Karakuş, was attended by five students. The event provided information on the psychological and social adaptation processes that immigrant students face in university life, their support needs, and their access to and application processes for psychological counseling services.
The seminar concluded in an interactive environment where students' questions were answered.
