Teaching Privacy Education İn Special Education To Teachers
A teacher training session titled "Teaching Privacy Requires Courage (The Role of the Teacher Regarding Privacy in Special Education)" was organized at Toroslar Special Education and Application School for 84 special education teachers working in kindergarten and grades 1, 2, and 3.
Dr. Gülcan Boyraz Eser, a lecturer at the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Application and Research Center of Mersin University, participated as a speaker. The training covered topics such as privacy education, the protective role of the teacher, applicable strategies in the classroom, case examples, and effective communication language.
The program was conducted to contribute to the professional development of teachers and to strengthen practices that support student safety.
