According to the "Mersin University Implementation Principles Regarding Procedures to be Followed at the End of the Maximum Study Period" which came into force with the decision of our University Senate dated 23/02/2023 and numbered 2023-9-27, students who have completed their maximum study period (4 years - 8 semesters) at the end of the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year will be given the right to take additional exams.

The documents related to "Mersin University Implementation Principles Regarding Procedures to be Followed at the End of the Maximum Period" and "Additional Exam Application Form" are provided below. The completed form must be signed and submitted to the department secretariat.

Note: Exams will be held in person. Exam schedules will be announced after the application period ends.

Important: Mersin University Implementation Principles Regarding Procedures to be Followed at the End of the Maximum Study Period ARTICLE 9- (1) Students who wish to benefit from additional exam rights must apply in writing to the relevant Units on the application dates determined by the Units after the semester/year in which they have completed their maximum study period. (2) Students who do not submit a written application to benefit from the additional exam rights are deemed to have waived their right to the exam.
