Our coordinator, Associate Professor Ümit İZGİ ONBAŞILI, met with Ahmet Rifat DURAN, General Secretary of the Çukurova Development Agency, to discuss potential projects and investment opportunities that could be developed in the Çukurova Region in collaboration with Mersin University.

The meeting addressed academic-public partnerships that would support regional development, national and international project opportunities, and joint efforts to strengthen Mersin's potential in the economic, social, and educational fields. In addition, new project ideas and areas of cooperation between the university and the development agency that would contribute to regional development were evaluated.

The meeting aimed to strengthen the institutional cooperation between Mersin University and the Çukurova Development Agency and to lay the groundwork for new projects and initiatives for regional development.
