Program Description: Furniture and Decoration Program is a program that covers wood and derivative materials, furniture hardware and equipment, furniture design, production methods and technologies, periodic maintenance of machines, occupational health and safety and production according to the given program. Students are trained as technicians who have sufficient knowledge in this field, equipped with the ability to apply their knowledge to a high degree, and can continuously improve in line with technological developments.

Admission and Registration Requirements: Students are evaluated academically by paying attention to the balance of students who pass without examination from MEB Vocational Technical Education institutions and students who come with YGS.

Graduation Requirements: Students graduate from the program by completing 120 ECTS credits. In addition, at the end of the 2nd and 4th semesters, 30 working days of Industry Based Practice (Internship) is compulsory.

Employment Opportunities: Students who graduate from the Furniture and Decoration Program are employed in the furniture sector, in line with the qualifications they have gained, in furniture workshops and factories, interior design offices, public institutions and organizations that need them.
