Amacı	Recognizes all the elements and measurement devices in the workshop and identify how to use them. Has the practical knowledge about welding processes and gains hand practice about the maintaining machine parts.
İçeriği	Internal combustion engines. Working principles of diesel and fuel oil engines. Slow, medium and high cycled engines. Diesel engines. Steam turbine types. Propeller and propeller shaft. Bridge control systems.Main Machine Auxiliary Systems. Auxiliary boilers, refinement and fresh water systems, pumps and pumping systems, rudder equipment, generators. alternators and electricity delivery, cooling and air conditioning, stabilizers, waste water operation machines, petrol water separators and petrol filtration tools, ash makers, deck machines, hydraulic systems. Welding operations equipments. Fuel consumption. Electric canal and oxyacetylene welding methods.

1	Recognizes all the tools and elements that are used in the workshop and on the bench, also identifies where and how these elements are used in practice.
2	Recognizes all the fasteners elements and the measurements of these elements and identifies where to use them.
3	Recognizes compass and micrometer. Read the given measurements and to illustrate them by drawing when necessary.
4	Uses the drill bench and puts a given piece into the required dimensions.
5	Recognizes health and safety during welding processes and practices welding types, arc welding and equipments, making of culvert welding, the placement of culvert welding, and electric culvert principles.
7	Recognizes the cooling and air conditioning systems, stabilizers waste water operation machines, petrol water separators and petrol filtration tools and aboutash makers and the methods of operating them all.
8	Gains hand practice by putting in and out all the mechanic pieces that are on the ship engines laboratories with all the workshop equipments that they have learned.
