Amacı Strategic management deals with decisions that fundamentally influence the direction of the organization and the effective implementation of the chosen direction. Strategic management addresses the organizational structure, resources & capabilities, and the strategic positioning of the organization to create, capture and sustain competitive advantage.
İçeriği Concepts of strategy, competitive advantage and strategic coherence, analyzing the industry environment, analyzing resources and capabilities, decision making under risk and uncertainty, generic strategies, innovation management, corporate strategies, global strategies, organizational structure and governance, managing the multidivisional firm.
