Amacı	The aim of this course is to ensure that the students have knowledge about the development, organization and national and international actors of the reform processes in Turkey.
İçeriği	The content of the reform concept, the historical distinctions of the reform processes in Turkey, the effects of the IMF, the World Bank, the OECD on reform processes, sectoral reforms, structural changes.
